Something fun for the back porch this summer. I served these with the Fish Taco recipe below...ENJOY!
Ingredients:
Servings: 4
6 ounces Pinot Grigio or other dry wine wine
4 ounces Cointreau liqueur or triple sec
10 -12 freshly squeezed limes
cubed ice
salt for rims (optional)
Directions:
Prep Time: 10 mins
Place the wine, Cointreau and lime juice and ice in a pitcher.
Salt the rims of the margarita/martini glass if desired.
Pour margarita into the glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge is desired and enjoy.
